How to book

Ways to book.

Start by going to the availability page on the menu.  From the drop-down menu on the right choose your cottage.  See if the dates you require are available then either:

  1. Use the book or enquire buttons and proceed as requested.
  2. Call us by telephone on 0033 549368519
  3. Write to us at the address on the page “How to contact us”

Booking online

When you book online you will receive an automated response confirming that you have made a provisional booking.  We will mail you the booking agreement for you to sign.  You then retain your copy and return our copy to us.  (We are affiliated to Gîtes de France and use their booking agreement).

Booking by telephone, letter or email

We will take your name and address and contact details and then mail or email you two copies of the booking agreement for you to sign.  You then retain your copy and return our copy to us, along with your deposit.  We will withdraw the dates from availability for up to 14 days while we wait for your deposit payment to arrive.


A deposit (25%)  is necessary to secure a booking. As soon as we receive your completed form and payment we will contact you  to confirm your booking formally and send a receipt.

Final payment

The outstanding balance will be due six weeks (42 days) before the start of your holiday. When we receive your payment of the balance, we will contact you again, sending you a receipt, directions how to get here, and some local information.

Booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date

For holidays, which are to take place within 6 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.

Last minute availability

In the rare instance of a last minute booking, we would need to receive full payment by Paypal or Internet bank transfer before your arrival, or cash on arrival.
