FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. When can we check in and when do we have to depart the gîte?

Your gîte will be available for you from 4pm on your day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure. Check-in times are 4pm-6pm.

If you require a later check-in time then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangments to welcome you. 


Q. Do you ask for a security deposit?

We ask for a security deposit of 300€. This is a refundable deposit and, assuming there has been no major damage to the property, will be refunded to you within a week of your departure.



Q. When do I need to pay my balance?


We ask for 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once received, along with a signed contract, your stay has been booked. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks beore your arrival. If you are booking within 4 weeks of arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.



Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

Firstly, we strongly recommend all guests organise travel insurance ahead of their holiday.
If you need to cancel your holiday as a result of government travel restrictions relating to COVID-19 affecting holidays, then we will try and rebook alternative dates for you. Should we be unable to find alternative dates, we will refund your stay.

Should you need to cancel for any other reason then we will try our very best to re-let the gîtes. If we are successful then, we will refund your payment in full deducting any losses we may have incurred. 


Q. Can we add extra beds to the rooms?

Our gîte capacities are strictly set for guests' comfort and safety. We have some flexibility with children/ infants under the age of 2 years. Please let us know at the time of booking the make-up of your party. We may also have baby equipment (cot, highchaire etc) on request, depending on availability.
